GEP Smart: Digitalization of the Goods/Services Procurement Process at PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan

Some of the key benefits that come to you through a digital procurement system are as follows: Better collaboration through the implementation of a single system to digitize the entire sourcing-to-contract process. Better transparency of the portfolio of goods and services to Buyers with the ability to publish supplier catalogs. Automatic receipt of Purchase Order (PO) notifications and the ability to create Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) for better order tracking.

SUPPLIER COLLABORATION: PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan connects Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to applications (GEP SMART) to improve efficiency, transparency, and speed of end-to-end sourcing for contracts.

Starting from August 12, 2024, PT Kilang Pertamina Balikpapan invites (via email) suppliers to participate in e-auction, e-tender, or other events through GEP SMART. Suppliers will receive an email to register with GEP SMART.
